Is has been discovered that the DNA molecular structure of a real apple can be used as a template for terabyte storage devices. It seems that the molecular structure has a pattern that when integrated into a silicon/zinc based device it allows both fast access and terabyte storage in an extremely small package. Apple has begun exploring products such as hard drive replacements, MP3 storage that could contain a years worth of play time, hand held storage that could contain the entire Library of Congress.
Some of the more controversial uses are the devices being developed by the FBI that would store identifiers (face scans, voice tags, fingerprint, etc) and be located at all major airports, train stations, and bus stations and with associative software be able to track a large part of the population real time. At this time Apple has this segment under deep wraps and we were lucky to get this much information.
