Apple Japan has released a new ad spot highlighting various categories of the App Store including productivity, social, and gaming to help users get 2021 off to a good start.
Apple tends to make short ad spots to fill in YouTube and other social platform’s video ads. One other notable ad is Japan’s “Behind The Mac” ad featuring various anime characters using Apple computers.
The short 15 second ad shows animated tiles featuring different aspects of the App Store. Apps highlighted for the new year include productivity titles like Duolingo, Numbers, and Books; social apps like Twitter and Discord; and gaming apps like those from Konami and Dragon Quest.
The song “The Moment” by Ryohu is used for the ad.
