UB students: Visit UB Tech Squad at 3rd floor Silverman Library, for free. Services include:
- Network (Wi-Fi or ResNet) connectivity
- Device configuration
- Malware remediation
- Software
- UBITName accounts or passwords
UB Tech Squad does not provide hardware repair, such as repairing or replacing a cracked smartphone screen.
You can also book a visit from the tech squad. UB Tech Squad will meet with you in your room on campus.
