Reviewing the iPod nano, Stanford student Annika Heinle ( declares it a “masterpiece.” Citing both its classroom utility (built-in mic and speaker for note-taking) and extracurricular benefits (video camera for YouTube and Facebook posts; step-tracking accelerometer and FM radio for the gym), Heinle concludes: “It’s no longer entirely about the music with the iPod, but about improving lifestyles overall.”
