SEC Charges Virtual Reality Firm With Fraud

The Securities and Exchange Commission filed charges Wednesday against a technology company that allegedly swindled investors out of $20 million by hyping up an IPO that was never in the works and touting fictitious relationships with Microsoft , Apple and former Disney CEO Michael Eisner.
